What is your favorite part of working at Tuum?
My favourite part of working at Tuum is the people. Although we have many different cultures, age groups, and backgrounds represented in the company, we are all aligned on the same values and also have a similar sense of humour. People here are very open, collaborative, and motivated. I truly believe we have the best team in the world!
What word describes Tuum’s culture the most? Why?
Trust. Our clients trust us to deliver, which we always do, and as a team, we trust each other to be there for each other. Trust takes years to build, and seconds to break so we take our responsibilities very seriously.
What’s your secret talent?
I have tried different hobbies and jobs throughout my life. For example, I can play the theme song from the legendary TV show MacGyver on the piano. Actually, after studying the piano for 9 years, that is the one song that has really stayed with me, not Bach, not Beethoven, just MacGyver’s theme song! I also know how to give a Thai massage and Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage (in addition to the regular Swedish one).
Last but not least: being a mother to twins is not actually a talent, but still very special and cool!
Who are some of your biggest inspirations?
When I was young I admired people who had very vertical career paths and were very successful already at a young age. Now, the way I look at things has changed. I still admire people who have accomplished a lot, but I also believe that happiness is not about titles. My biggest admiration goes to people who know how to be present and also appreciate what they have.
I am a true fan of my whole family — my husband, my mother, and my brothers. Now that I am a mother myself, I understand how much mothers give, and how much they have to juggle between different roles to keep everyone happy, including themselves.
My family gives me lots of love and I return even more.
